As a judge of LADAWARDS, I hereby pledge that i am accepting this role and comply with the following indications:

I will not disclose the confidential information obtained from the Latin American Design to anyone unless required by law until it has been released publicly by Latin American Design Awards.
I will not divulge or utilize confidential information gained from judging submissions or discuss with any other party any details of any award entry that I am required to judge; until a formal announcement is made by the Awards.
I will perform to the best of my ability by following the procedures set down, and in the spirit of the awards, without bias or prejudice to any entrant or entry.
I will not copy or retain any entry material during the online or live judging process, nor remove any written notice, material, score sheet, document, or part of any award entry.
I will not judge my entry or the entry of my agency/studio in the LADAWARDS 2023.
This is an agreement between the parties concerning the disclosure of Confidential Information. Any addition or modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, I will comply with the rest to the fullest extent possible. Unenforceable provisions will be deemed modified to the limited extent necessary to allow the Agreement to be enforced in its entirety.

Como juez de LADAWARDS, me comprometo a aceptar este cargo y cumplir con las siguientes indicaciones:

No divulgaré la información confidencial obtenida de los Awards a nadie, a menos que lo exija la ley, hasta que haya sido divulgada públicamente por los Latin American Design Awards.
No divulgaré ni utilizaré la información confidencial obtenida al juzgar los proyectos participantes ni discutiré con otros los detalles de cualquier proyecto que deba juzgar, hasta un anuncio formal de los premios.
Me desempeñaré lo mejor que pueda de acuerdo a mis habilidades siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos y, en el espíritu de los Awards, sin prejuicios hacia ningún participante o inscripción.
No copiaré ni conservaré ningún material de los proyectos participantes durante el proceso de votación en línea o en vivo, ni retendré ningún aviso escrito, material, hoja de puntuación, documento o parte de cualquier participación en los Awards.
No juzgaré mi entrada o la entrada de mi agencia/estudio en los LADAWARDS 2023.
Este es un acuerdo entre las partes sobre la divulgación de información confidencial. Cualquier adición o modificación a este Acuerdo debe hacerse por escrito y firmada por ambas partes.
Si se determina que alguna de las disposiciones de este Acuerdo es inaplicable, deberé cumplir el resto en la mayor medida posible. Las disposiciones no aplicables se considerarán modificadas en la medida limitada necesaria para permitir la aplicación del Acuerdo en su totalidad.
